Technology

CPS currently works with the leading providers of circular plastic technology: Plastic Energy (https://plasticenergy.com/)

  • CPS will install and operate industrial scale waste separation facilities that remove desired plastic feedstock.
  • A separation facility allows CPS to extend landfill life and sell recyclable materials to the established market.
  • CPS will install circular plastic facilities. The anaerobic pyrolysis of unrecycled plastic is an emission free process.
  • The hydrocarbon product produced from these facilities can be sold to create virgin-quality plastic resins.

PLASTICS ARE SEPARATED BEFORE GOING THROUGH A PRE-TREATMENT PROCESS. IMPURITIES ARE ELIMINATED AND THE FEEDSTOCK PRODUCED ENTERS THE PYROLYSIS PROCESS

THE PRODUCTS ARE THEN SOLD AS SYNTHETIC FUEL TO THE HYDROCARBON AND PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRIES

PLASTICS ARE MELTED AND HEATED IN AN OXYGEN-FREE ENVIRONMENT. THEN POLYMER CHAINS ARE BROKEN AND RECOMPOSED TO PRODUCE SYNTHETIC PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
